Bro. Mickey has started a new series on Sundays and I am looking forward to this weekend. If you were not able to be at worship this past weekend you missed it! Be sure to be there this Sunday.
For the next few weeks in Refuge we are going through a series I have entitled "Friends." This past week we looked at Naomi and Ruth and how their friendship toward one another had an impact on their lives and ultimately on the lives of others around them. I hope you can come to our next gathering as we continue this series. I believe one of the greatest needs students, and adults, have is to have people in their lives that they can depend on, learn from, care for, interact with, and celebrate with during the good times. These people are called "friends." Join us as we look at friendships in the Bible. Hopefully we can apply what we learn to "life on life" situations to those around us.
