Parents and Students,I know I haven't been posting much information for you lately, so I am making up for it now. I want to tell you about what will be coming up for the next few weeks so 1.) You will not be surprised, & 2.) You can pass this information on to others.
WinterJam is coming back to Tupelo, MS. The date is March 8th. Tickets will be purchased at the event and will cost $10.00. If there is enough interest we will take a group to this great concert featuring TobyMac, Brandon Heath, Hawk Nelson, and many more. I plan on us leaving the church that day after Sunday morning worship. We will have plenty of time to hangout in the mall, eat in the food court, and then go to the concert. We should be back no later than 11:30pm (it could be earlier - I'll let you know).
Something that I am really excited to tell you about is the Disciple Now weekend coming up March 27th & 28th. We will host this at our church facilities and all the youth groups in our area are invited. The theme is "Boundless" and we will be considering how we, as Christians, are to live boundless from the things of this world and boldly for the things of God. More details to come, but I want to tell you that it is going to be a power-packed weekend.
